Absolutely. Full-body EMS training is done with the trainee wearing full body EMS vest, arms, and legs bands. All the muscles are involved, and the trainee actively participates in the training session helping to contract muscles and preforming various exercises guided by the EMS trainer. Contrary to full-body EMS training, i-Shape EMS is an aesthetic procedure. You will lay down comfortably on the massage bed with bio i-Shape on. The procedure will impact up to 6 muscle groups according to the pre-defined program. The treatment goals will be identified during the initial consultation. You will most likely enjoy your favorite tune and will interact with the aesthetician from time to time to respond to the strength and frequency adjustments This allows us to target the specific area of your body.
